Ordering is simple! All you need to do is click on the "Got to Have It!" link and let us know which colors or special requests you would like in the extras box. (there is also a COLOR CHART link under each product as well as under the "Information" to the left). When you are ready to check out, proceed to the Checkout where you will be prompted to enter your information. No personal information is required when browsing our site. Once you place an order, we require that we have your shipping address and email as needed so we may confirm and update your order. You need only enter the information once, next time you shop we will have your information on file. Please check the home page for current order processing times.
If you need the bows by a certain date, please be sure email us before ordering for availability.

Shipping rates within the US is as follows:
$0-$10 - $2.00 shipping
$10-$50 - $3.50 shipping
$70+ - Free First Class Shipping!(NOTE: FREE SHIP IS FOR DOMESTIC U.S. FIRST CLASS SHIPPING ONLY, INTERNATIONAL AND PRIORITY RATES WILL BE APPLIED)
If you want your bows a little faster, you may choose to send them via Priority Mail for $5.50 (in the U.S. only). Canada, our neighbour to the north is $4.00 and all other International orders are a flat rate of $6.00.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, fees and any other charges for customs clearance.
All of our bows are carefully wrapped and packaged for protection. Once in the mail, we have little control over how the mail is handled. If your package arrives damaged or it does not arrive at all, please contact us so we can do our best to make it right. Please be patient.
All orders over $70 will automatically qualify for free First Class Domestic shipping!

Gift certificates are non-transferable & not redeemable for cash. They may be used to purchase store merchandise. Any unused balance will be given as store credit. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you are responsible for the balance.
